Terms and Conditions

1. Description of the service
The Mamifera Lab offers prenatal and postnatal yoga classes online, live once a week, together with access to the digital platform, which includes additional resources (videos, materials and complementary guides).

2. Registration and subscription

  • Fees are charged monthly and must be paid in advance.

  • Subscriptions are renewed automatically every month.

  • To cancel a subscription, you must send an e-mail to hello@themamiferalab.com at least 5 days before the next billing date.

  • Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period.

3. Refunds and missed classes

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances (including pregnancy, postpartum, illness, travel, schedule changes or other personal reasons).

  • Missed classes cannot be rescheduled, but access to the online platform remains available while the subscription is active.


4. Health conditions

  • By enrolling, the participant confirms that they have medical clearance to engage in gentle physical activity during pregnancy or after birth.

  • Each participant is responsible for listening to their own body and stopping the practice if they experience pain, dizziness, bleeding or any unusual symptoms.

  • In the case of a caesarean section, episiotomy or other intervention, participants are advised to wait until their healthcare professional has confirmed recovery before starting.

  • The Mamifera Lab cannot be held responsible for injuries, medical complications or adverse effects arising from participation.

  • Participation in the classes is entirely at the participant’s own risk.


5. Technical requirements

  • It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection and to have a functioning camera and microphone.

  • The Mamifera Lab is not responsible for technical issues on the participant’s device or internet connection.


6. Intellectual property

  • All materials shared on the platform (videos, audios, PDFs and other content) are strictly for personal use.

  • Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior written consent from The Mamifera Lab is strictly prohibited.


7. Confidentiality

  • Personal data provided during registration will only be used for managing the subscription and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.


8. Acceptance of terms
By registering and paying the fee, the participant declares that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Service in full.
