Terms and Conditions
1. Description of the service
The Mamifera Lab offers online programmes, workshops, memberships, digital resources and in-person classes in Geneva related to movement, pregnancy, postpartum, hormonal wellbeing, yoga and birth preparation.
Services may include live or recorded classes, workshops, videos, downloadable materials, consultations and other educational resources.
2. Registration and subscription
Some services require individual booking, while others operate through memberships or programmes.
Memberships and subscriptions are charged in advance and renew automatically according to the selected plan.
To cancel an active subscription, please send an e-mail to hello@themamiferalab.com at least 5 days before the next billing date.
Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period.
Class bookings and workshops may have specific terms presented at the time of registration.
3. Refunds and missed classes
Trial classes, workshops and memberships are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for missed classes, illness, pregnancy-related changes, travel, scheduling conflicts or other personal circumstances.
If an in-person class or workshop is cancelled by The Mamifera Lab, an alternative date, credit or suitable solution will be offered.
Specific summer pauses, holiday closures or seasonal schedules may apply and will be communicated in advance.
4. Health conditions
By enrolling, participants confirm they are responsible for ensuring that participation is appropriate for their personal circumstances.
Participants are encouraged to seek advice from their healthcare professional when relevant, particularly during pregnancy, postpartum recovery or following surgery or medical interventions.
Each participant remains responsible for listening to their body and stopping any activity if they experience pain, dizziness, bleeding or unusual symptoms.
Participation in classes, workshops and programmes is entirely at the participant’s own risk.
The Mamifera Lab cannot be held responsible for injuries, medical complications or adverse effects related to participation.
5. Technical requirements
For online services, participants are responsible for ensuring access to a stable internet connection and suitable equipment.
The Mamifera Lab is not responsible for technical problems related to participants’ devices, internet access or software.
6. Intellectual property
All content shared through The Mamifera Lab, including videos, audios, PDFs, recordings, courses and written materials, remains the intellectual property of The Mamifera Lab.
Materials are provided exclusively for personal use.
Reproduction, distribution, recording or commercial use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
7. Confidentiality
Personal information shared during registration or participation will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and used only for service administration and communication purposes.
8. Changes to services and terms
The Mamifera Lab reserves the right to modify schedules, teachers, class formats, services or these Terms and Conditions when necessary.
The latest version will always be available on the website.
9. Acceptance of terms
By booking, registering or purchasing any service, participants confirm that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
