Is this programme suitable for all stages of pregnancy?
Yes. The practices are adapted to different stages, and you’ll find classes organised by trimester as well as sessions you can choose according to how you feel each day.
Do I need previous yoga experience?
No. The programme includes gentle and accessible practices as well as more dynamic ones. You can begin with slower sessions and gradually explore other options as you feel ready.
Can I join if I’m experiencing discomfort or pain?
Yes. The programme includes classes specifically designed to ease common pregnancy discomforts such as lower back pain, heaviness in the legs, fatigue or tension. You can choose practices that support what your body needs.
Is it safe to practise during pregnancy?
All classes are designed with pregnancy in mind. However, if you have a specific medical condition or a high-risk pregnancy, it’s important to follow your care provider’s recommendations and adapt the practice accordingly.
How often should I practise?
There is no fixed rhythm. You can practise according to your energy, availability and needs. Even short sessions can be supportive.
What kind of content is included besides yoga classes?
