When should you start?

You can begin as soon as you feel ready.
Many women join in the first or second trimester and benefit the most from practising regularly over time.
Starting earlier allows you to build strength progressively, prevent common discomforts, and develop body awareness before the later stages of pregnancy.

My
students
words

I had a wonderful experience attending both pregnancy yoga and baby yoga with Sol. She is incredibly kind, caring, and supportive, and her classes became a truly valuable part of my pregnancy.

Beyond the yoga itself, I learned so much about my body, how to prepare for delivery, and practical ways to cope with different aches.

The small group size made a big difference, allowing Sol to give everyone the individual attention they needed.

Highly recommended!

ALICE N.
Having yoga classes with Sol was definitely a huge help to cope with my long labor.

But despite that she is such a nice, professional and lovely person that makes everything even better.

I highly recommend her classes, pregnant or not I can ensure you will love it.

MANOELA I.
This place has been my sanctuary since my 16th week pregnancy. I love the fact that the size of the class is rather small.

On top of that, Sol is a great yoga instructor. She’s always there to provide support by asking if we have any specific pain that we would like to work on, or any exercises that we would like to have.

It makes the class feels more intimate and personalised as every woman could face different challenges during the pregnancy.

I really can’t say more than I highly recommend this place!
