Tuesday 18:30 — English (Cornavin)
You can choose the day that suits you each week.
The main language depends on the day, but I can adapt when needed so everyone can follow comfortably.

This place has been my sanctuary since my 16th week pregnancy. I love the fact that the size of the class is rather small.
On top of that, Sol is a great yoga instructor. She’s always there to provide support by asking if we have any specific pain that we would like to work on, or any exercises that we would like to have.
It makes the class feels more intimate and personalised as every woman could face different challenges during the pregnancy.
