Welcome to the Hormonal Balance Flow course FAQ!

Here you'll find answers to the most common questions about the course. If you have any additional doubts, feel free to reach out — I'm here to support you throughout your journey!

When will the course launch and how will it be released?

The course will launch in March 2026. Content will be released progressively, with four units shared each month to allow time for integration and practice. Those who join during the pre-sale will also receive access to a live monthly circle with me, where we’ll explore questions and deepen the learning together.

    Who is this course for?

This course is for anyone who wants to understand and support their hormonal cycle in a more conscious way. It is especially helpful if you experience PMS, irregular cycles, low energy, emotional ups and downs, are preparing for conception, or navigating perimenopause.

Do I need prior yoga experience?

No. The practices are gentle, trauma-informed and accessible. All movements, breathwork and techniques are clearly explained and include adaptations for different levels and bodies.

How long do I have access to the course materials?

You’ll have unlimited access to the course once you enroll. This means you can revisit the materials anytime you need during your pregnancy.

Is this course suitable if I am trying to conceive or in perimenopause?

Yes. The course is designed to support different stages of reproductive life, including cycle regulation, fertility awareness and hormonal transitions such as perimenopause.

What kind of practices are included?

You will find a combination of hormonal yoga, pelvic floor awareness, breathwork, guided relaxation, and somatic practices. Each class is designed according to the needs and energetic qualities of each phase of the cycle.

Do I need prior yoga experience to participate?

Not at all. This course is open to everyone, regardless of whether you have practiced yoga before.

Will there be information about nutrition and herbs?

Yes. The course includes educational content and suggestions related to mindful nutrition and gentle, informed use of herbs to support hormonal health (always encouraging you to consult a qualified practitioner when needed).

How long do I have access to the course?

You will have unlimited access to the course materials, so you can return to the practices and resources whenever you need them.

How much time per week does it require?

You can dedicate as much or as little time as you wish. Some participants practise 2–3 times a week, while others prefer to follow their cycle and practise when it feels most supportive.

Is this course appropriate if I don’t menstruate regularly (because of contraception, breastfeeding, or other reasons)?

Yes. Even if your cycle is not regular, the course helps you reconnect with your body, hormones and internal rhythms in a respectful and adapted way.

Can I do this course if I am pregnant or in the early postpartum period?

This course is not specifically designed for pregnancy or immediate postpartum. If you are pregnant or recently gave birth, I recommend joining the Prenatal or Postnatal programmes instead, which are tailored to those stages..
