Do I need previous experience?
No. The workshops are accessible and guided step by step.
Can I join only one workshop or do I need to attend all of them?
The in-person workshops are designed as part of the Conscious Birth Preparation Cycle, a three-session journey that works best as a complete experience. If you would prefer to explore specific topics separately, each course is also available online and can be taken individually at your own rhythm.
Are the workshops held in English or French?
The main language depends on the session, but I can adapt key explanations when needed.
Can I come with my partner?
Yes, partners are welcome in selected workshops.
Are private sessions available instead of group workshops?
Yes, you can choose a private session at home for more personalised support.

As a perinatal educator, my work is centred around helping families feel more supported and prepared throughout pregnancy, birth and the early postpartum period.
For over 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of accompanying families through private consultations, group workshops and hospital settings.
