Strength
Build functional strength in the lower body and core to support stability, posture and everyday movement.
Mobility
Improve mobility in the hips, spine and shoulders to move with more ease and reduce tension.
Breathwork
Use the breath to support movement, improve control and create more space in the body.
Nervous system regulation
Learn to down-regulate and release accumulated stress through movement and awareness.

Do I need previous yoga experience?
No. All classes are guided step by step and adaptable to different levels.
Is this suitable after pregnancy?
Yes, once you feel ready to return to regular movement.
What language are the classes taught in?
The main language depends on the group and the day, but as classes are small, I can always adapt explanations and individual guidance when needed.
Where are the classes held?
Classes take place either in Cornavin or Rive, depending on the day and schedule. You can see the exact location directly in the booking calendar.
How do I confirm my trial class reservation?
Trial class reservations are confirmed once payment has been completed. If you already have an active membership, you can reserve classes directly.
What happens after booking?
You will receive a confirmation email with practical information and studio instructions. Please check your spam folder as well. If you still can’t find it, feel free to send me a message directly.
Can I try a class before starting a membership?
Yes. Trial classes are 30 CHF, and the payment link is available directly in the booking calendar.
What should I bring to class?
Comfortable clothing and a water bottle are enough. All equipment is available at the studio.

Yes. The small group format allows for more personalised guidance and individual adjustments.
