I'm here to support you

As a perinatal educator, my mission is to provide you with tools to experience motherhood in a more informed and conscious way. For over 15 years, I’ve been supporting families in many different settings: consultations, classes and hospital environments. In my courses, I aim to create a warm and genuine space where you can feel guided, supported, and equipped with the information you need. Thank you for being here!

Mothers Trust Mamifera

Taking yoga classes with Sol was without a doubt a great help in going through my long labour. She is also a warm, professional, and caring person. I highly recommend her classes!
Julia b. - Argentina
Sol is a wonderful teacher, always attentive and ready to support us by asking if there are any discomforts to work on. She always has a tip to share, whether it’s for easing heartburn or relieving back pain. This makes each class feel very personalised, as each of us goes through different challenges.
Élodie P. - Switzerland
Yoga classes with Sol were my favourite moment of the week during pregnancy. A space to relax, connect with myself, and feel supported with great love and patience.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Prenatal Yoga?

Prenatal Yoga is a movement and breathing practice specifically designed to support pregnancy safely and mindfully, with a focus on pelvic mobility and pelvic floor preparation. It combines adapted postures, breathing techniques, relaxation, and exercises to connect with your body and your baby. It helps to ease common pregnancy discomforts, strengthen the body, improve posture, and prepare both physically and mentally for birth and the postpartum period.

How do the classes work?

The classes are offered through a monthly subscription of €60. The subscription renews automatically each month. If at any point you wish to cancel, you only need to send an email requesting the cancellation. It will take effect at the end of the current billing period. For any questions, you can contact support@themamiferalab.com

Do I need previous yoga experience?

No. The classes are suitable for all levels, even if you have never practised yoga before. The movements are gentle, safe, and adapted to pregnancy.

When during pregnancy can I join?

You can join at any stage of pregnancy. If you have any particular condition or are unsure about your situation, it is always recommended to consult your doctor, midwife, or healthcare provider first to ensure you can safely engage in pregnancy-adapted physical activity.

How do I sign up?

It’s very simple: by purchasing the subscription you complete your enrolment and will receive an automatic email with access to the classes and the platform. For any questions, you can contact support@themamiferalab.com.

What equipment do I need to take part?

For the classes you will need a few simple items that you may already have at home or can easily replace:

✔ Yoga mat
✔ Tennis ball
✔ Large ball (fitball type)
✔ Strap (a long scarf works too)
✔ Yoga block or a chair
✔ Bolster or firm cushion
✔ Large blanket
✔ Resistance band
✔ Light weights (1–2 kg)

If you don’t have some of these items, I will suggest alternatives so you can still take part.

What if I can’t attend a class?

No worries. A weekly class recording is always available, so you can keep practising even if you cannot join live.
